Requirements

• Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law, and apply them to client matters.
• Knowledge of No-Fault Law or a demonstrated interest in this practice area, including workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Experience providing Legal Advice to clients, including issue-spotting, risk assessment, and clear, practical recommendations.
• Proficiency in legal Research, including using legal databases, organizing findings, and integrating research into written work and case strategy.
  Effective Negotiation skills to support settlements, mediations, and other dispute-resolution efforts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility for prompt admission) to practice law in Michigan.
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomfield Hills, MI, collaborate with a team, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Prior litigation experience is preferred but not required.
