Company History
IFMK Law, Ltd (IFMK) was established in a merger between Inman & Fitzgibbons, Ltd (I&F) and OKGC Law, LLC in April, 2023. Our experienced attorneys are well recognized in governmental and public entity defense, civil liability defense, workers’ compensation defense, insurance and employment law, commercial litigation, and employment law for public and private sector clients. IFMK's commitment to our clients includes a unique focus on proactive defense practices and ongoing support and counsel to ensure against risk and mitigate future litigation.
Thomas Fitzgibbons, trusted advisor and preeminent litigator for almost three decades, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. G. Steven Murdock serves as President and Managing Partner. Clifford Kosoff, a Managing Partner at OKGC Law, Inc., continues as a Partner, leading the firm’s civil litigation and insurance and employment defense practices.
