Company History
Corporate Settlement Solutions began as one local title agency office in Traverse City, Michigan in 1992. Since that time we have grown to be a leading provider of title and closing services in the state of Michigan. In 2009 CSS began providing their expertise and superior service as a real estate settlement services vendor to regional lenders across multiple states.
