Description: Seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal/Executive Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and beyond; providing crucial support to a busy working professional in our firm. This role requires excellent organizational skill, experience with legal terminology, technological and internet proficiency, discretion; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and other external parties
Manage calendars, organize meetings, and schedule appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations
Paralegal or legal assistant knowledge
Keep the employer informed and up to date on the important tasks, appointments, and deadlines
Communicate with manager at various properties regarding maintenance schedules and other relevant matters.
Compile and prepare daily reports and correspondence
Coordinate medical appointments, medical records, and prescriptions
Manage email correspondence including, checking, printing, noting, and responding to emails
Perform additional tasks as needed
Skills and Requirements:

Have experience in legal documentation and language
Discretion and trustworthiness are essential, as you will handle confidential information

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
Capacity to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly
Proficiency in internet and computer skills
Willingness to undergo extensive training provided by the current Manager
Note:
All candidates will undergo an background check as part of the hiring process. The current manager is retiring after 38 years and will be available for training purposes
