Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard, a rapidly growing national litigation firm, seeks a Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of civil litigation experience for our Detroit team. Applicants must be self-motivated and manage their time independently. Our practice is busy and challenging, but we recognize the need for work-life balance. We value teamwork and camaraderie and are committed to mentoring associates throughout their careers. 

We represent large manufacturers and other companies in high-stakes class action, product liability, and commercial litigation. Our practice is very fast-paced and intellectually challenging. Strong academic credentials are a must. Applicants must be willing to travel a few days per month. We are trial lawyers, and we try cases around the country, so applicants must be willing to travel for trials.

Requirements

 Minimum Requirements

At least 4-8 years of experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.

J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

Member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan
