We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team, with a focus on workers’ compensation and civil defense litigation. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Write pre-filing case summaries under the guidance of the supervising attorney.
Champion depositions and defend them with precision.
Conduct thorough investigations relevant to each case.
Prepare and file essential legal documents such as briefs and motions.
Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys on various legal projects.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing them with timely status reports.
Fulfill any other duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Lansing, MI.; Hybrid or remote work available
Salary Range:
$125,000.00 -$175,000.00, depending upon experience, licensures and other considerations

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Dual licensure in Michigan and Illinois in good standing with the bar required
5-10 years experience practicing law
