Rhoades McKee is seeking an experienced Business and Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our firm in either our Grand Rapids or Holland office.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with business and real estate transactions and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the State of Michigan. Successful candidates will have experience with entity formation and preparation of governance documents, mergers and acquisitions, and preparation of contracts with customers and vendors. Successful candidates will also have experience drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases and closing documents, and performing due diligence in real estate transactions. A portable book of business or ability and willingness to attract clients is preferred.
