Paley Rothman, located in downtown Bethesda, MD has an immediate opening for a trust and estate paralegal supporting a busy and sophisticated practice. Candidates must perform all tasks associated with estate and trust administration, including preparing probate documents, estate tax returns, accountings, assignments and other transfer documents for administrations in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. 

The right applicant to join our team is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and has a working knowledge of estate software. Quicken, BNA and GEMS experience a plus. Candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience as a trust and estate paralegal (however 5+ years’ experience is a plus). This position requires significant client interaction and communication. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication, a strong customer service mindset is essential.
