Description

National legal services benefit plan seeks a part-time staff attorney (20-25 hours/week) for our Social Security Disability Department located in Wayne, MI.   Our practice provides Social Security Disability representation to eligible active and retired Legal Services Plan members.  Emphasis in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals.  Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem solving, and computer skills are desired. Applicants must have the ability to maintain a high degree of client satisfaction. Hybrid work arrangement. Cover letter, resume, writing sample, and references required. Applicant must be licensed to practice law Michigan.

Job Type: part-time

Pay: $35.10 per hour
