We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of legal support experience who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents
Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and client appointments
Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and correspondence
Electronic filings and document management
Maintain accurate records, deadlines, and task lists to ensure timely completion of assignments
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and administrative procedures
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn case management software
Ability to work independently while supporting a team of attorneys
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
