Compensation
Howard & Howard’s base compensation is highly competitive. Associates can also earn semi-annual bonuses based on objective performance. Howard & Howard is not a “lockstep” type of firm -- we do not require associates to work a certain number of years before partnership can be achieved. In fact, several of our associates have risen to partner in just three years.
Requirements
- Experience with complex corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Corporate Transactional law
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
