Description

Varnum is seeking an attorney to join our finance group. Title will be commensurate with background and experience. This individual can be located in one of our Southeast Michigan offices (Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Detroit or Novi) or in our Grand Rapids office.

We are interested in speaking with attorneys who have 5-10 years of law firm experience and expertise in commercial finance transactions across a variety of industries. The successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to lead and serve as first chair for deals on both borrower and lender side. Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required.
