Description

An established general practice law firm located in Kentwood, Michigan is seeking an Associate Attorney.  This position presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated newly licensed attorney or an experienced attorney seeking greater independence and a new professional opportunity.  Primary responsibilities include serving as lead counsel in landlord/tenant matters and general civil litigation.  The ideal candidate is an attorney interested in developing and cultivating a personal practice niche within the firm.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; Admission to practice law in the State of Michigan.  Litigation experience preferred; an existing client base is advantageous but not required.
